Shipping Policy

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. 

All orders receive free exchanges if applicable

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All orders received after 6:00PM Est will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries through a new service called Passport Shipping Program. Passport Shipping is a shipping carrier that helps direct-to-consumer brands ship their products internationally. With Passport Shipping, the products are delivered to our customers quickly straight to their doorstep. All duties and taxes are paid at the time of purchase so it saves time and money.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@thenavedge.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Tracking numbers are sent out to the email that was provided during the order as soon as the order is processed and shipped.
